Destination: Barcelona! Polish Local Authorities Set Out to Discover Ideas and Best Practices for More Liveable, Accessible and Sustainable Cities.

From 3–5 November 2026, PSNM and EIT Urban Mobility are organising a study visit to Barcelona for representatives of Polish local authorities, including participation in the Smart City Expo World Congress and Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress.

This is another step in the cooperation and discussions launched during #KNM2026, offering an opportunity to exchange experiences with European cities and explore solutions that could also be implemented in Poland.

The programme includes:

? Meetings and study visits in cooperation with the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona, AMB) – participants will learn about solutions being implemented in the region and discuss experiences with representatives of local institutions.

? A roundtable of representatives from Central and Eastern European cities at Tomorrow.Mobility – discussions initiated at KNM on transport transformation, decarbonisation and improving air quality will continue, alongside efforts to strengthen cooperation between cities.

? Innovation Solutions Tour – a guided tour of the exhibition area will showcase selected technologies and solutions supporting the development of sustainable mobility.
